This was supposedly only released in Japan, although its Italian. Here is some guys breakdown of it:

sort of tongue sword ceremony, dyed hair salon, car race, bear wrestling, fancy
hat party, execution by firing squad, a grandma practicing martial arts, cow
being prepared for a festival meal, fire walking, horse rider mime street
performer, alcoholics at oktoberfest, golfers, belly dancer, street t&a cam,
sex store fronts, sex bus, sexy cartoon screening on the sex bus, cross-beating
flagellants, some sort of saint or funeral procession, more randos around the
city (hippies, shoe shiners, a car wreck and its byproducts, etc), a car race
and circus performers, more sex club store fronts, a few erotic nightclub
performances, a band performance, drug smokers, drugged out hippies dancing,
more belly dancing, dogs being walked in the park, dog surgery, bullfight, kids
being wheeled in prams around town - spliced with another nude nightclub
performance, mud wrestling, karate practice, penitent procession, village
whalers hunting, international armed guard marches, burning corpses, couples
walking around town and kissing."
